The panoramic view across the old town is a highlight, offering a captivating scene at sunrise. Plenty of free parking spaces available, preventing the usual hotel hassle of tight spots.
Noise levels can be an issue. the proximity to the train line results in loud vibrations and sounds from passing trains, especially at night. The mattress is extremely soft, leading to an unstable sleeping experience. The layout of the building is quite confusing, resembling a labyrinth with some rooms hidden away from direct access. The restaurant's menu lacks variety, presenting unvaried options over multiple nights.

Great Views and Cozy Vibes
Got lucky with a free upgrade to a suite! The views over the river were stunning, and the bed was super comfy. However, the bathroom felt a bit dated, and the shower could've been better. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, tons of choices. Loved that they had a bar/lounge area for winding down after exploring.

The location by the Rhine is picturesque, perfect for evening strolls and exploring the city. The staff exhibited outstanding professionalism, making check-in smooth and breakfast delightful with an array of options, including delicious Welsh pastries. However, construction noise could disrupt daytime relaxation, and the layout of the hotel felt somewhat confusing. Limited dining variety at the restaurant also stood out as a downside.
